By using witz you agree to these terms. witz is a birthday-gift experience built on the Witbitz / Kibitz platform; the Witbitz Terms also apply to the call service itself.
witz is for making a warm gift for someone you know — collecting messages and surprising them on a call. Use it for that. It is a beta and provided as is, without warranties; features may change or break.
You and the people you invite are responsible for the messages and details you submit. Do not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, infringing, or that you don't have the right to share. The creator of a gift can review and remove any message before the call. We may remove content or disable a gift that violates these terms.
The keepsake page (witz.chat/k/<code>) is a public link — anyone who has
it can view the image. Share it only where you're comfortable it being seen. You're responsible for how you
distribute it.
Starting the surprise call requires a coupon or purchase key, handled by the platform on the terms shown at checkout. Credits are consumed to run the call; they are not cash and are non-transferable except as the platform allows.
witz is provided without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Witbitz project is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of witz. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
